    1. Sadly, we were wondering the same thing. You can compare the Prague buildings I posted in May with the buildings in St. Petersburg. One is referenced at the bottom of the Day 16 post.

      Update: I forgot to mention that Dostoyevsky lived in a number of places in St. Petersburg, so recognition for this particular location may have been limited by its level of importance. Many buildings in this area apparently cannot be upgraded if they have historic status; some 15,000 buildings face this problem in St. Petersburg.
